YumSox Refund Policy
We want you to love your YumSox, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for: ✔️ Items that arrive damaged or defective (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
✔️ Incorrect items received (our bad, we’ll make it right!).
✔️ Orders lost in transit (if tracking confirms non-delivery).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for: ❌ Change of mind (our socks are awesome, but we get that tastes vary).
❌ Items worn, washed, or removed from packaging (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hi@yumsox.com with your order number and issue details.
- Attach clear photos if your item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges, but if you received the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct one at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on your refund? Give it 7 business days, then check with your bank. If it's still missing, contact us at hi@yumsox.com—we’ll sort it out.
